I doubt the crank is broken. You would still have oil pressure. If you have a scanner pull up the cam and crank sensor/signal and see if you're getting a reading. Basically it is not seeing a signal from the camshaft because its not seeing the completed circuit. Nov 24, 2018 · Close the vent and pump it till the plunger won't move any longer. Once it is hard, try and start the truck. If it does not start, pump it til it is hard again and repeat as necessary. Loss of power, stuck in gear, hard shifts especially going Into reverse. I believe a bad tcm can also cause a no crank aswell but not 100% sure on this.

Today, I pulled off the air tube and had a helper cranking the engine while I sprayed in some WD40 & starting fluid. It fired, ran a few seconds, and died again. The MAC Tools scanner shows codes P0087-00, P0102-00, and P-128E-00.
